How the shared pool works
The team owner installs MCP connectors once. Each team member links their own account (Google, Slack, Linear…) and starts calling tools through the Aladia agent. Every tool call draws 1 credit from the shared pool.
Owner installs MCPs
Pick connectors from the marketplace, paste API keys once, decide which roles in the team can see what.
Members link their identity
Each member OAuths their own Gmail, Linear, Notion etc. Credentials stay per-user — the pool stays shared.
Everyone runs tools
Calls are metered in real time. Hit the included quota and overage kicks in at the plan's per-call rate.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly counts as one MCP call?
Every time a team member (or an agent acting on their behalf) invokes a tool exposed by a connected MCP server — sending a Slack message, creating a Linear issue, querying a DB — that's one credit. Listing available tools is free.
Who pays — the team owner or each member?
Only the team owner has a billing relationship with Aladia. Members just sign in and consume from the shared pool. You can inspect per-member usage in the dashboard.
What happens when the pool runs out?
On Starter and Team, calls keep working at the overage rate. On Free, the team is paused until the next cycle — no surprise bills. You can set a hard monthly cap in Settings.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. The included pool resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you consistently under-use, downgrade one tier; if you over-use, the calculator above tells you when it's cheaper to move up.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans support SEPA and wire transfer with NET-30 terms.
Running at scale?
Volume discounts above 10M calls/mo, dedicated capacity, SSO/SAML, on-prem or VPC deploys, custom SLA & DPA.
